That Project Manager will allocate resources that are required that will include site supervision and internal administration. Devmark Projects works as a collaborative organisation so all internal staff will have an understanding of each job being conducting so that the experience and knowledge of all team members can be utilised.
Yes, although Devmark Projects is a Builder we are able to assemble a project team to suit the needs of your project. We have worked with many great consultants for design, architecture, engineering, surveying, town planning etc. and can either arrange for you to directly engage with consultants or for us to include that scope in a package for us to deliver for you.
It is very common in construction and development projects for plans to come in over budget. The first step is to ensure that you are constantly reviewing your designs for cost throughout the project, including very importantly during concept and design development stages. Once you are approaching contracting for construction, one useful option is to conduct a “value management” review of your project. This involves itemising elements of the build with their cost and assessing whether there may be an alternative option that would provide an equivalent result for a better price, there by improving the “value” of the item. This exercise is very useful when making final refinements ahead of a construction start.
